How do I know a deck is authentic? Every vintage and high-value listing is authenticated by our team. Sealed modern limited editions ship in original factory packaging. Certificates of authenticity are included where advertised.
Can I reserve a deck? Listed items are sold first-come, first-served. For museum-grade pieces, contact us to discuss holds for verified collectors.
What does “pre-order” mean? You pay at checkout; we ship as soon as stock arrives from the publisher. Release dates can shift—we notify you by email.
Shipping
Do you ship outside New Zealand? Yes. International orders ship tracked. Duties and taxes may apply in your country.
How are decks packed? Rigid boxes, bubble wrap, and acrylic carats or sleeves where appropriate. See our Delivery Information page for full detail.

What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Return Policy.
Can I return a sealed deck if I change my mind? Generally, sealed collectibles are final sale once shipped unless required otherwise by law. We always honour the Consumer Guarantees Act for qualifying NZ consumers.
