Delivery Information

Domestic (New Zealand)

Orders are dispatched from our Wellington fulfilment hub. Standard North Island delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch; South Island and rural routes may add one to two days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.

We use premium couriers and require signature on delivery for orders above a set threshold, or on request, to protect high-value collectibles.

International

We ship worldwide via tracked air services. Delivery windows vary by region—most major cities see 5–14 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and customs processing can extend timelines.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless we explicitly offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout for your country. Refused parcels due to unpaid duties may not qualify for a full refund of shipping costs.

Packaging

Decks travel inside protective sleeves or acrylic carats, wrapped in cushioning, inside crush-resistant cartons. Tuck cases are never taped directly; we preserve factory seals and cellophane whenever present.

Damaged or lost shipments

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, or if the outer box arrives crushed, photograph everything and email us within 48 hours. We coordinate with the carrier and follow our Return Policy for replacements or refunds where applicable.
